"I have worked with Caroline for a few months now, and I can confidently say I have felt respected, heard, and supported every step of the way. Not only has she helped me hone in on my therapeutic skills, her broadened experience has allowed me the freedom to explore my own therapeutic identity and career path with grace and compassion. I look forward to our continued relationship together as I progress through my time as an associate."

Caroline was the assistant clinical director of the facility I joined when I was an intern. During the few years I worked with her, I had the opportunity to witness her exceptional skills, professionalism, and dedication to her clients in individual sessions and in groups. Her ability to connect with her clients, establish trust, and facilitate meaningful progress is truly commendable. Beyond her clinical expertise, Caroline was always a pillar of support for myself and our team. She made herself available to talk to me about cases that I had questions about or found myself stuck in. She offered guidance, shared resources, and fostered an environment of continuous learning. I felt like I could always pop in her office and consult with her. I am forever grateful for Caroline!

Caroline is a rare combination of direct, insightful, and deeply compassionate. I have worked on multiple cases with her and she is truly committed to helping clients. Her ability to cut through surface level symptoms and get to the root of an issue is remarkable.
What stands out most is her passion. She doesn’t just go through the motions; she is fully invested in every case, advocating for her clients while holding them accountable in a way that fosters real growth. Her no-nonsense approach is balanced by a deep well of empathy, ensuring that clients feel both challenged and supported throughout their journey.

"Working through my BPD stuff has helped me realize that the negative voices in my head are not mine. It has also helped me feel more empowered in family, friendship, and romantic relationships. Things that used to send me over the edge, I can now realize are a split or a self-defense mechanism. Now, I have the tools to stop a split before it happens because of the BPD work we’ve done. Overall, it has given me a positive outlook on life and myself."
"From trauma days to drama days, Caroline has been amazing to work with over the past few years. I’ve worked with Caroline for past few years related to (lower case t) trauma, depression and anxiety, and she is nothing short of a true testament to her profession. The last two years our sessions have been entirely via telehealth, and I’ve felt the same support and professionalism moving from in-office to online appointments. From EMDR to implementing enneagram therapy into each session, Caroline meets me exactly where I am and helps me create healthy paths forward."
"Caroline has been vital to the success of our marriage. She ensures we both feel heard and offers practical advice for us to not only better our marriage but also ourselves. She helps us develop tools that will help us succeed together and that we can apply in multiple life instances."
"When I started working on my eating disorder, I wasn’t in a place where I was able to function properly because I was so constantly stressed about what I was going to eat or what sounded appetizing. It caused a lot of strain with my family. I also wasn’t able to get the nutrients I needed. Eating was not enjoyable at all. Working with Caroline has helped me get to a point where even if I feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable or have a bad appetite, it’s not as all consuming. It’s not disrupting my entire days. Our work has made me a lot less stressed about food day to day and made it easy to concentrate on other tasks. It’s allowed me to get back to enjoying cooking."
"I experienced deep healing over really broken pieces of myself. I heard the truth of God’s voice in such tangible ways in our work. Incorporating the Holy Spirit into EMDR brought about a profound healing and freedom in my soul that I will carry with me the rest of my life. I am able to walk with so much more grace for myself and others, and quickly notice when the spirit of pride and perfectionism are rearing their ugly heads."
"EMDR has helped me reconnect with parts of myself I thought were lost forever. Before starting, I struggled to face my traumatic memories, they either were overwhelmingly sad to think about or left me feeling completely numb, as if it was a memory of someone else’s life. Through EMDR, I learned to process these memories in a way that no longer controlled me. It helped me find balance, allowing me to acknowledge my experiences without being consumed by them. This therapy by no means erases the past, but it gave me ways to actually live in the present and approach the future without limiting myself because of the past."
"ART is changing my life one session at a time. My life is run by my anxiety and other negative feelings and when I tell you, it is in my brain 24/7 I mean it! I can’t escape it. It’s always there but for the first time in my life doing these ART sessions I am getting relief from those overwhelming feelings. I am seeing an impact in areas that I didn’t think was possible. For the first time maybe ever I feel lighter, I feel hopeful and this is just the beginning! I will forever be grateful to Caroline for bringing this incredible program into my life!"
"After two significant traumas in the same year, I felt hopeless and isolated. I started working with Caroline and my journey with EMDR took me far in the healing process. The last 3 years of EMDR therapy helped me reprocess what had happened to me and get to a much better state mentally. I found myself continuing to be burdened by the very few, yet graphic and traumatic memories that I carried with me. ART has helped the violent flashbacks seem less clear in my mind. The best way I can explain it is when you try to remember a dream and can roughly explain the story line, but can’t quite remember the specific scenes from the dream. While I am fully aware of the contents of the traumatic flashbacks that used to haunt me, they seem less clear in my mind after ART, almost fuzzy in a way. ART has helped me to reimagine the painful and graphic memories of my trauma while maintaining control of my thoughts and awareness surrounding the situation. It dulled the vividness of violent images and depressive feelings of my trauma. One of the best parts to me was the fact that I didn’t have to relive my trauma out loud, just in the comfort of my own mind. And the payoff was so worth it!"
"I experienced a trauma 2 years ago with a family member. I worked on it extensively with EMDR and got to a good place, but I still had some lingering anxiety. After hearing about ART, I decided to work on that trauma to see the difference. I cannot even explain how ART helped me reprocess that memory. Through the very specific wording, I was able to change that memory into something positive. I think of that memory often and am comforted by it. I know that sounds weird, and I don’t really understand how my brain did it but ART has changed my life. I’ll be forever grateful for it giving me that piece of my life back. "
