Investment

• $300 per 50-minute initial intake 

• $200 per 50-minute session for individual 

• $250 per 50-minute session for couples

• $400 per 80-minute Accelerated Resolution Therapy 

• Phone calls, texts, and additional time are billed in 15 minute incitements of session cost​​

 

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

 

​Insurance

CWK Counseling is an out-of-network provider, and currently does not accept insurance. If you’re unsure if you have out-of-network benefits, contact your insurance company and ask about whether or not they offer reimbursement for behavioral health, at what percentage, and whether you need to reach a deductible first.

 

Many of my clients are able to file and receive a reimbursement from anywhere between 30-80% of session cost. Please consult with your insurance company to determine coverage options. If requested, a superbill will be provided for reimbursement purposes.

 

​I do not accept insurance in an effort to provide the best possible care and attention to you and your needs. Insurance companies often mandate duration and frequency, as well require updated information on your progress and treatment goals – information that I strive to keep confidential. Working outside of insurance requirements means that 100% of my time and attention is on client care and communication.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand and Friday by 2pm for Monday appointments. Otherwise, you will be charged $200 late cancellation fee.​ 

 

Appointments rescheduled more than once during the week will be billed $25 in addition to the flat rate.

 

We all know how difficult it is to rearrange life. This gives us both added accountability to attend sessions and do our best work. One reschedule during the week will be done at no cost.

 

​Illness/Inclement Weather

In the case of illness, inclement weather, or other situation that prevents you from attending session in-person, sessions will be moved to Zoom. This allows you to continue your therapeutic work without having to leave home. This is also available for clients who prefer online counseling.
