I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Certified. I approach therapeutic work through a family system lens meaning I am always looking at the bigger picture of how our work fits into your family constellation. I enjoy working with couples and families as well as individuals. I specialize in trauma, family dynamics, depression and anxiety, bipolar II, borderline personality disorder (BPD) and traits, religious hurts and trauma, disordered relationships with food and bodies, enneagram understanding, and blooming where you're planted. Upon request, I provide biblical counseling,  ​Being a counselor is what I was made to do.
