Caroline, was the assistant clinical director of the facility I joined when I was an intern. During the few years I got to work with her, I had the opportunity to witness her exceptional skills, professionalism, and dedication to her clients in individual sessions and in groups. Her ability to connect with her clients, establish trust, and facilitate meaningful progress is truly commendable! Beyond her clinical expertise, Caroline was always a pillar of support for myself and our team. She made herself available to talk to me about cases that I had questions about or found myself stuck in. She offered guidance, shared resources, and fostered an environment of continuous learning.
